Meet Dyana
Hi, I’m Dyana. I’m a somatic therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping adults understand their nervous systems, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with their bodies after trauma, grief, or chronic stress.
As a neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist and parent of neurodivergent children, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate sensory overload, burnout, masking, and identity shifts, especially after a late diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD. Many of the people I work with are highly capable, caring individuals who have learned to push through stress while neglecting their own needs.
I specialize in working with adults navigating:
Trauma and PTSD
Grief and loss
ADHD, autism, and AuDHD
Sensory overload and emotional regulation
Life transitions and identity changes
Parenting neurodivergent or special needs children
My work is somatic and trauma-informed, meaning we don’t just talk about what happened—we gently explore how your nervous system holds stress, overwhelm, and survival patterns. Healing happens when your body feels safe enough to process what it has been carrying.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported, while building skills that help you move through life with more regulation, clarity, and self-trust.
“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.”
