Hi, I’m Dyana.
As a somatic therapist who is also neurodivergent (AuDHD), I understand how difficult it can be to feel safe in your body, trust your emotions, or move through overwhelming experiences. Stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, and sensory overload can leave your nervous system feeling stuck, dysregulated, or exhausted.
You are not failing—you are adapting. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, supported, and guided as you learn to understand your nervous system, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with the inner wisdom already within you through somatic therapy and trauma-informed care.
Focus Areas
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy incorporates the mind-body connection into the healing process. This holistic approach fosters self-exploration and enables people to learn how to use their body to access their innate wisdom.
EMDR/Brainspotting
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting (BSP) are therapy interventions based on neuroscience. These techniques work directly with a person’s brain to help process experiences, especially trauma.
Grief and Loss
Everyone will experience loss at some point in their life, whether it’s a death loss, a loss of a relationship, a life change, etc. Grief counseling provides support in transforming pain, overwhelm, and isolation that can sometimes results from loss.
